Title: Fantastic Family Friendly Hostel in the Heart of Krakow
For families with children, it would be great if the hostel offered more organized activities or facilities specifically catered to kids.

The localization was great and everything looked clean. The majority of the staff was really nice.
There was one woman at the reception who was extremely rude to us one of the days, but the rest of the staff was nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at Hostel Rynek 7 for a few nights and it was perfect for my budget travel needs. The location is right in the center square, which was ideal for exploring the city. The receptionist was fair and even refunded us, which I appreciated. The breakfast included was great, and the bathrooms and showers were clean and new. The common room was huge and the couch was incredibly comfy. Plus, the suggestions made by the staff were very helpful for visiting Auschwitz, Wieliczka, and Zakopane.
Can just recommend this hostel.

location is perfect. facilities are value for money, and its more than comfortable, slightly noisy at night, but with its central position, you cant have everything
the bloke on reception wouldnt last long in a receptionists job in england, ignorant, abrasive and a total waste of space

A Fun, Friendly Atmosphere: My stay at this hostel was filled with laughter and good times. The staff created a welcoming environment where I instantly felt at home. It felt like staying at a friend's house rather than a hotel.
Room cleanliness: The room I stayed in could have been cleaner. The dusty floor lamp, dirty curtains, and dusty shelf behind the bed gave an uncomfortable feeling.

The location was unbeatable.
The private bathroom was not attached to the room but in another area with the other private bathrooms. Lots of stairs. The sheets were smaller than the bed. Our window didn't lock properly. No bath mat in the bathroom so the floor was constantly wet and when we asked for one, we didn't get anything. Little things could have made our stay so much better.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Rynek 7 in Krakow for a business trip, specifically chosen by my director. After a busy day of sightseeing, I found it extremely relaxing to unwind in the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hostel. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the common areas provided the perfect space to socialize and meet other travelers. , the convenient location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city center and enjoy the local attractions.
When I arrived, I noticed that my room was quite dirty.

The only thing that I dislike was that I booked a room with private bathroom, but the bathroom was outside the room and I didn´t saw that in the website. I thimk that I should habe been noticed for that.

A bit too noisy at night because it is right in the mian square.
